Deliverables: Set of two city maps featuring restaurant advertisers and food vendors (North and Downtown dining guides)
Challenge:
• Strategic Holdings intended to develop an add-on product focused on the local food industry to boost revenue from advertising sales in its Resource Guide.
Solution:
• Conducted market research and gathered insights from restaurant owners, food enthusiasts, tourists, and chefs to identify the ideal add-on product.
• Developed the content strategy and information architecture based on research data, and created the branding for the new add-on product consisting of two dining guides.
• Partnered with restaurants to collect photos and brand assets, utilizing these materials to design their ads for the guides.
• Established success metrics in collaboration with the Sales Lead and Marketing Strategist.
• Collaborated with the Product Manager and Sales Lead to define a distribution strategy that aligns with the agency's and advertisers' business goals.
